  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Please be mindful of the time you are scheduling. Just as your time is valuable, mine is as well. If you are unable to make the time you have booked or have to reschedule, kindly make any changes 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment.

  • What are your payment options?

    Cash or E-transfer to hello@archskintherapy.com are payment options currently accepted.

  • Where is your Studio located?

    The Studio is located in the Queen and Ossington neighbourhood in Toronto. The address will be sent to you in your appointment confirmation email.

  • Which service should I book for my first visit?

    If this is your visit, please select First Time 90 min Bespoke. You will be prompted to fill out our Confidential Intake Form before securing your appointment.

  • Is your Studio accessible?

    The Studio up a flight of stairs and is unfortunately not accessible.

  • What products do you use in your treatments?

    Bespoke Treatments focus on technique rather than product application to achieve positive benefits, but rest assured all products sourced are clean, natural and effective. All products used on your skin have first passed the test on my own skin!

  • I would like to book an appointment but I can only make it on a day or time when you're closed.
